Elevare Staffing Solutions was born right here in Oregon, founded by people who have spent years inside long-term care. We know what it takes to keep a community running, a team supported, and the people in our care thriving.
We didn't build Elevare from the outside looking in. We built it from the hallways, shift changes, late night call outs, and everyday realities of long-term care.
That means we know the difference between simply filling a shift and finding someone who fits it. CNAs who understand the setting, know the standards, respect the team, and arrive ready to care.
We come from long-term care, we know the communities, we know the work and we know the people who make it all possible. Long-term care isn’t just what we do it’s what we know.
